The searing indictment of the state of Flight Safety in India, spearheaded by the mismanagement at the DGCA couldn’t have come in any worse time when the industry was already reeling under the loss of demand due to the pandemic.
A recent article by AVM Bahadur on the ‘Meritocracry Vs Bureaucracy’ is a case in point.
Where do we go from here?
Isn’t it time to go back to the drawing board and look inwards at what we are doing wrong?
